An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, well-motivated and dedicated Therapy assistant practitioner to join our Recovery at Home Team, Sunderland.

This is a unique and rewarding role which will allow you to work alongside Occupational and Physiotherapy colleagues.

Carrying your own caseload, under the supervision of the team, you will assess and implement rehabilitation plans and where necessary provide equipment to help patients reach their goals.

Training, supervision and the opportunity to be part of an existing MDT, will ensure that the successful applicant will be supported to develop in this role.
