Spinwell is recruiting for a Leadership and Management Partner for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT PARTNER
Partnering
- Work collaboratively across L&D team, wider HR&OD team, other Education and Training teams (PGME, NNMED)
- Partner with the Divisional and Corporate teams using consultancy skills to ascertain needs and partnering with them to offer the most effective learning solutions to meet the capability needs
Design and Development
- Lead on the design and delivery of cuttingedge Trust wide staff development programmes which specifically address current and future skills, behaviours and competence requirements to support the delivery of the Trust strategy
- Design, develop and facilitate end to end management and leadership development across all levels of the Trust to effect long term change within the organisation
Delivery
- Deliver, train the trainer programmes to upskill a wider team of trainers to deliver/facilitate delivery of the Trust's programmes
- Role model internal and external best practice training delivery and facilitation skills
Service Function Development and Delivery
- Support the Trust by leading and promoting equal opportunities, fairness, and inclusion through best practice working, monitoring, training and evaluation
- Implement all four levels of evaluation for learning interventions, with the aim to measure return on investmentThis job description is intended as an outline of the areas of activity and can be amended in the light of the changing needs of the service and will be reviewed as necessary in conjunction with the postholder.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT PARTNER
- Knowledge and understanding of diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
- Understanding of Diversity and Inclusion challenges in the workplace.
- Demonstrable contribution to advancing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace
- Leadership qualification at Masters level education or equivalent experience
- Commitment to continuing professional development
- Supporting leaders using consultancy practice and an understanding of business partnering methodology
- End to end learning and development experience (Diagnostic, design, development, delivery)
- Conducted learning needs analysis and have experience of developing written reports to stakeholders, and all levels of leadership
- Facilitation and training professional experience
- People management experience and leading a programme of work
- Knowledge of NHS leadership challenges
