Senior Designer - Consumer insurance - very flexible hybrid working, South West London based business

This insurance business are ripping up the rule book on the traditional insurance model - with some heavy hitter C suite hires and a truly inspirational marketing leadership team, they have serious industry ambitions and they are looking for a dynamic creative hire to drive their message.

As a Senior Designer in this business you will be creative yet commercial, leading a high performing team and reporting into the Head of Brand.

You'll be responsible for innovative, quality output across their newly devised product lines.

You'll come to the table with the technical ability to put your fresh thinking ideas to paper, whilst overseeing the output of your talented team.

Due to significant company growth and product portfolio expansion, every product/marketing team will require your expertise, so be prepared for a fast paced environment where you'll be responding to creative briefs simultaneously.

Your work will align with brand personality and objectives, with clear messaging and consistent TOV.

You'll be given the opportunity to flex your artistic licence, so you can thrive in a creative environment, although bear in mind this is a regulated environment so you'll really have to think outside the box whilst obeying limitations.

The right person for this role will be feeling their creative input isn't valued in their current role - this is an opportunity to join a business at the start of their growth trajectory and have a real impact on their market position.

You'll have team leadership experience, with 7-8 years in a regulated market environment. You'll have an exemplary portfolio of credible campaigns to talk through, proving your value and contribution.
