RM Recruit is working with a brilliant charity located in Stratford-Upon-Avon who are on the lookout for a Trust and Grants Fundraiser on a part-time permanent basis.

Our client is offering a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.

Main duties include:

To work with the Trust and Grants Manager to create plans for reaching fundraising and income targets.
Create and maintain a widereaching pipeline of potential grant funders
Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to share information
Lead and motivate direct reports to achieve shared aims and objectives
Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post as requested by the line manager
Assist with the research for funding opportunities
Participate in the annual appraisal programme
Maintain high professional standards and continuing professional development

This role is working at the office 2-3 times a month following the initial induction period and the remainder working from home.
