Description

We are looking for an empathic and hard working individual to join our Ward Housekeeping team at our Shrewsbury site.

The primary focus of this role is to provide patients and relatives with the best possible experience when visiting or residing at Severn Hospice.

The postholder will provide a "guest relations" level of hospitality to patients and relatives alike liaising with other Hospitality services to provide a home from home experience to all of our guests.

The postholder will attend to our patient's non-clinical requests, building rapport with them and anticipating their needs during their time at the Hospice.

A DBS check will be required.

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

Salary:
£12,250.00-£12,791.00 per year
