Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a prestigious client based in the Epsom area, who have a vacancy to join their Customer Experience team, on a fixed term contract for 12 months.


The company offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, along with hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 from home).


Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Managing enquiries from customers via a number of channels
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of customer contracts
  • Tailoring each contact to each specific customer
  • Advising customers of the options available to them
  • Ensuring customers are contacted within agreed SLA
  • Managing customer expectations, ensuring they are met
  • Liaising with other teams internally
To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£26,000.00 per month
