Customer Support Administrator

Part time - 5 days per week (Minimum 3 days in office hours per week

£20,000 - £22,000 Pro Rata Parking and excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing new business quotations
  • To be confident in the product and quote system
  • Follow new business processes efficiently
  • New business reporting procedures maintained
  • Provide top quality sales support to brokers / distributers / partners / clients
  • Learn the products and assist confidently with product related questions
  • Supporting the Business Development Manager on new initiatives
Skills & Experience- Must be well motivated

  • High level of attention to detail is essential
  • Highly competent with Excel
  • Excellent numerical and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident & Professional telephone manner
  • Confident at building rapport within a business environment with partners and clients
