Boundary Governors and Synergy Education Trust are looking to appoint a full-time Head of School for our wonderful school.
NB. The role has been undertaken for the past year, on a part-time basis, by the current substantive Deputy Headteacher.

  • Role Overview:
  • As the Head of School, reporting to our experienced Executive Headteacher, you will have responsibility for leading and managing the school ensuring you sustain the high quality education the children currently receive at Boundary.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Headteacher to implement, deliver and evaluate strategic plans and educational goals.
  • Lead a team of educators, nurturing a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
  • Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and student outcomes through effective policies and practices.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider community.
