Head of SEO

Location:
London -Hybrid working

Salary:
£60,000-£70,000 dependent on experience
Our client is hiring for a Head of SEO to join their fast-growing agency.

They are looking for someone to come on board to manage the SEO remit both internally and externally, supporting current clients and bringing new clients on board.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the SEO function including the line management of the team
  • Manage and implement the SEO strategy working alongside the content and outreach team
  • Manage relationships with agencies, including a positive onboarding process
  • Educate across all areas of SEO including onpage, offpage, and technical SEO
  • Keep up to date with digital marketing trends
  • Manage the training of the content and outreach team

Knowledge and Qualifications:


  • Indepth SEO knowledge including SEO audits, onpage SEO, offpage SEO and technical SEO
  • Familiar with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics and Moz
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Direct line management experience of a small team
  • Excellent pitching and stakeholder skills, able to speak to prospective clients and bring onboard new business
