Our client are a fast growth digital business.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with lots of exciting projects in the pipeline for 2023.

It would suit an experienced CRM Manager or Senior CRM Executive looking to step up into a management role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee the planning and implementation of consumerfocused CRM
  • Work in conjunction with business development and partnerships team on B2B focused CRM activity.
  • Manage and develop a team of 3. (2 X CRM Executives and a Senior CRM Executive)
  • Develop high quality CRM campaigns to ensure they are highly personalised, engaging and on brand.
  • Analyse data on a regular basis to understand which brands are performing well on which to ensure each brand is given the right amount of exposure to achieve maximum return for the business. Support the business in identifying key seasonal trends and planactivity around findings
  • Evaluate all campaign activity, making recommendations and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage, execute, and evaluate compelling on brand campaigns that drive member engagement.
  • Ensure all campaigns have clear objectives, budgets and appropriate measurement.
  • Development and execution of testing and optimisation calendars to ensure continuous improvements are made.
  • Ensure company KPI's are monitored frequently, and actions taken where necessary to ensure targets are hit according to budgets.
  • Increasing the member LTV, increasing engagement and reducing churn.
  • Ensure campaign processes fit for purpose, streamlined and updated as required. As well as making sure your team are aware of any changes.
  • Work closely with the Design team to ensure CRM creative is impactful, commercial and on brand.
  • Work closely with your team ensure campaigns are planned and built well ahead of time
  • Report on performance, in regular meetings including weekly trading meetings

  • You are a handson selfstarter who can effectively collaborate with key stakeholders and adept at working under your own guidance.
  • Clear communicator, able to handle multiple stakeholders and their requirements.
  • Data driven and passionate about all things CRM
  • Experience of using a CRM platform like Bloomreach or an equivalent to build and manage campaigns and journeys.
  • You will be highly organised and able to manage multiple workflows, prioritising work as required to service the business needs.
  • An ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, adapting complex conversations into tangible, easy to understand information.
  • Proven ability of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Clear understanding of product/offer promotion and processes.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and best practices.
  • Creative thinker and idea generator, not afraid to challenge the norm.
  • Strong content writing and grammatical skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
