Are you an experienced Recruitment Team Leader looking for a new career?

We are working with one the UK's leading recruitment agencies, with a turnover in excess of £200 million.

They are launching a brand-new team in their modern Birmingham office that will focus on recruiting engineers within the automotive sector.

They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to join at the head of the team.

They have a self-management system, with no active consistent KPI's in place, giving you the freedom to succeed how works best for you, meaning no KPI's on making 50+ calls a day etc

You will also have 6 months to settle and find your feet before you will be actively targeted.

The business has a well-developed progression system based on gross profit performance.

They also own training businesses that can fully train new staff for employment with one of their clients, one of the only recruitment businesses that can offer this.

You will also initially be given some existing clients and roles to work with to get a feel for the business and build your confidence.

An induction and training program is provided to introduce you to the world of recruitment and ensure you are ready to hit the ground running.

They are prepared to pay a base salary of £45,000-£50,000, this comes with a car allowance of £3800 and a realistic OTE of £75,000+ with the total package being uncapped, along with all the usual executive benefits, including:
