An opportunity to join a global business as a Parts Coordinator has emerged. As the Parts Coordinator, you will focus on being the customer contact for spare parts quotations, orders, and deliveries.

You will have a passion for providing excellent customerservice and delivering a professional and efficient response to all customer orders and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a contact for spare parts quotations and all following processes.
Liaise between the customer and the various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process
Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to company procedure
Ensuring the highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders
Ensuring correct customer master data and handling instructions are used when processing quotes and orders

For this role we are looking for:

Confidence in coordinating and prioritising daily activities to find solutions to complex issues
Experience in providing exceptional internal and external customer service
Experience in the direct handling of quotations and orders
Advanced MS office skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
