The NIHR UCLH Clinical Research Facility UCLH is a well-established Clinical Research Facility covering two sites.

The Leonard Wolfson Experimental Neurology Centre is a dedicated neuroscience experimental medicine facility at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN) at Queen Square (QS); and the NIHR UCLH Clinical Research Facility is a comprehensive Cancer and Medical research facility on the Bloomsbury campus (BC) at Tottenham Court Road.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Assistant to support the CRF Management Team.

The post holder will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to senior members of the CRF management team, assisting with scheduling and implementing meetings, minute-taking, organising calendars, planning events, acting as a point of contact, assisting with internal and external reporting, and facilitating communications.

We are dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of many complex illnesses. UCLH specialises in women's health and the treatment of cancer, infection, neurological, gastrointestinal and oral disease. It has world class support services including critical care, imaging, nuclear medicine and pathology.


The post holder will work closely with, and under the direction of, the CRF General Manager, Lead Nurse and selected CRF team leads, to enable the department to run effectively and efficiently, be responsible for general administration duties of the CRF and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
