Description

Business growth has driven the need for additional support within accounts departments mainly with ensuring customer invoices are paid on time through resolving with customer queries and maintaining the receivables ledger.

Reporting to the Financial Controller,your responsibilities will include

Recording sales receipts within Sage
Reconciliation of sales ledger
Recording credit control information on Sage Accounts to enable

You will have proven record of building relationships with customers to ensure effective cash collection and minimise debt risk. You will have clear, accurate communication skills and be able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. You must be flexiblewithin the job role and be able to approach all tasks confidently. Experienced in Sage Line 50 Accounting Software and intermediate Excel skills.
