An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work in Human Resources with hybrid flexible working patterns.Our Birmingham based client is looking for a H/R Advisor with a wealth of experience dealing with absence management.
The position is a temporary contract till 31st March 2023 supporting a busy department with extra workloads.
Main duties will be to support the Managers with H/R related admin tasks.
We are looking for an all-round HR Generalist to support with managing absence cases and supporting and coaching our managers.
Please note that previous experience ofthe Networx Recruitment System may also be advantageous however once again not essential.
