Position:
Human Resources Placement

Location:
Dungannon

Reporting to:
Senior HR Advisor

Employment Type:
Full-time temporary (9-12 months)

Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for providing professional support to the HR department and to all Terex team members at the Dungannon and Ballymoney facilities.

This role will support a wide variety of HR duties and projects including but not limited to;

Recruitment & Selection
Supporting with interviews when required
Managing reference requests & responses
Onboarding
Completion of new starter forms, termination forms & change forms
Delivering weekly induction for new starts
Administration of HR system TMC (powered by WorkDay) for new starts
Payroll
Support in the administration of time and attendance system
General Administration
Filing
Creation of management of personnel folders
Supporting team members with queries
Note taking as and when required
Reception cover as and when required
Administration of HR system TMC (powered by WorkDay)
Supporting the HR team with improvement projects

Essential

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Experience of Microsoft Office including excel and word
Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise
Ability to work within team and on own initiative
