Permanent role with immediate start
The Best Connection in Worthing are recruiting for Customer Services Representatives to work within our busy Goring based client. You should be self-motivated and have experience of using Microsoft Office software.

In return you will be paid at an above National Living Wage rate of pay along with having access to a working pattern that suits you between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00.

Please note you be required to work one day each weekend.

The main duties of the role are:

Operating different online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay
Raising and issuing invoices refunds where necessary whilst keeping accurate records
Searching inventory for customers as required
Liaising with Customer Service Team Leaders to feedback all issues to remain in line with operational processes
Administrative duties as and when required
Answering inbound and making outbound calls
