Job Summary:
Duties:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Manage filing systems and ensure documents are properly stored and easily accessible
- Coordinate office events and meetings
- Provide support to staff members as needed
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks via computerised accounting systems
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred with knowledge of Solar Renewable industry.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with computerised office systems or similar software
