Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Manage filing systems and ensure documents are properly stored and easily accessible
  • Coordinate office events and meetings
  • Provide support to staff members as needed
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks via computerised accounting systems

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred with knowledge of Solar Renewable industry.
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Familiarity with computerised office systems or similar software
