About Our Client:

The client is a Not for Profit organisation that provides housing to vulnerable people.

They partner with Local Authorities and care providers to not only give people a place to live, but also the support needed to rebuild their lives.

The key responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk include:

  • Manage the Purchase Order and invoice process
  • Posting receipts to relevant accounts
  • Investigating any queries
  • Processing expenses

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • Experience working in a Purchase Ledger role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence external stakeholders
  • Experience dealing with rent receipts would be a bonus
