The North Tees and Hartlepool Foundation Trust has an exciting new opportunity for a band 4 Nursing Associate (with relevant NMC registration).


The focus of these posts will be to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and actively participate in the assessment and support of frail elderly people in community settings alongside Community Matrons.

Experience of Community nursing would be an advantage, but is not essential.

The hours of work will be on a shift rota between hrs over seven days a week.
