Description

What you will be involved with:

  • Resolving delivery queries and liaising with couriers or the warehouse as needed
  • Processing returned orders and handling returns to customers
  • Processing credit requests or possible refunds
  • Working with the other Customer Support Advisors to offer support with their work and to their customers
  • Any associated administration tasks that naturally come with the role.
  • You will process incoming orders via Sage and be aware of stock availability
  • Handling product queries and providing proactive information to customers on the product range
  • You will receive initial training which will cover all areas of the business to really understand the product range and the work that you are involved with

What we are looking for:


  • Experience of working within a similar Administration or customer focused role
  • Keeping the customer intranet up to date with information
  • A team player who will support other members of the team as the role naturally dictates
  • Hard working and loyal
  • Strong IT skills and any knowledge of Sage would be a bonus
