At Nottingham University Hospitals Trust (NUH), we are currently expanding our programme management resources by investing in the right people to drive our ambitious change programmes forward.

We are looking for an experienced programme professional and leader who has the skills and the talent to make a difference at our hospital in the role of Head of Programme Solutions.


This role will be a head of profession for programme managers in our organisation and will be key in ensuring the highest standards of programme achievement are in place by leading and mentoring staff.


This role will also lead our Programme Solutions function, which directly assists and advises programme sponsors in the execution of the roles, whilst designing and implementing the Trust's programme processes and standards.

Your guidance of the team will help them succeed on their allocated areas of work, through your vision and direction.


The programmes you will be involved with will range across the entire Trust and covering a variety of different areas.

This will be an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in programme management whilst gaining experience of a large NHS Trust.

The skills you build in this role will develop you for a future at senior management levels as well as giving you a proven track record of handling highly complex programmes.
