Job Title:
Machine operator.


Location:
Desborough.


Shift:
Dayshift & Nightshift - rotating - 4 on 4 off.

Day Shifts 6am - 6pm.

Night shift 6pm - 6am.


Pay:
£11.00 per hour plus an attendance bonus of an additional £2.75 per hour. (The bonus will be in place until December 2023)


Povoas packaging are recruiting for a machine operator who is looking to learn new skills, develop their career and to progress within a company.

Experience is not essential as full, ongoing training will be given for this role.


Main duties:


  • Learn how to operate extrusion machinery.
  • Maintain the running of line with regular checks.
  • Raw material loading.
  • Unload the finished product.
  • Quality checking.
