_A great chance to join a leading Auction company who are now looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to their Property team in North Ayrshire_

This varied role will involve overseeing the sale of properties via auction being involved in all parts of the process including marketing properties, bringing on new stock and account management of regular clients.

It's a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company who can offer an attractive salary, lucrative commission structure and excellent career prospects.

Key duties:

Working as part of a busy Property Auctions team assisting in all aspects of the Sales process
Coordinating property auction events marketing properties to potential buyers, handling enquiries and setting up viewing appointments
Communication with vendors and corporate clients, providing updates and guiding/advising throughout the sales process
All connected administration tasks assisting with preparation of marketing materials, updating online sales platforms and use of CRM system
Working to targets and assisting colleagues where required including carrying out external appointments (pool cars provided)

Permanent full time post -
basic salary to £24k with £32-34k OTE uncapped, working hours Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
