General Assistant

£10.25 to £11.30 per hour

Monday-Friday / some weekends

Training will be provided but must have some experience in catering outlets

shift are varied

  • General Assistant must effectively operate a cash register
  • Carry out basic food preparation
  • General Assistant to serve food and beverages in line with service standards
  • To be aware of and adhere to Catering department's portion control guidelines
  • General Assistant to maintain a safe working environment in compliance with statutory Food Hygiene / Health & Safety policies
  • To be aware of and adhere to fire procedures
  • Store and restock foodstuffs
  • Clear, clean and polish crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils
  • General Assistant to clean and maintain floors and all equipment in kitchens, and service areas, in line with cleaning schedules
  • To lay up and clear dining furniture and counters

Salary:
£10.25-£11.30 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
