This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established international development team.You will be tasked with creating and supporting sites within the Business Group as well as creating new and exciting websites for a broad spectrum of clients.

£35,000 to £45,000

Your responsibilities:
- Working alongside our marketing team, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our current brand websites as well as building/migrating new sites as we continue to grow.
- Identify and suggest upon key areas of improvement throughout the systems
- Lead and support development of existing and new WordPress projects
- Stay current with industry best practices to implement technical optimisations related to site performance, SEO, compliance and UI/UX.
Your expertise:
- At least 3 years' commercial experience
- Experience with WordPress and leading plugins
- Strong working knowledge of HTML5/CSS/JavaScript standards including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility
- Experience with building responsive, mobile friendly websites using CSS Frameworks such as Tailwind
- Experience with objectoriented programming such as PHP
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, or SQL Server
- Ability to take designs from concept to completion
- Ability to work independently in troubleshooting issues
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen eye for and attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problemsolving aptitude
- Strong organisational skills

- Ability to translate client and stakeholder requirements into technical specifications
- Experience of managing a small team and software development lifecycle
