Role purpose

The Exec Resourcing Team partners cross functionally to support senior talent needs, including responsibility for SLT and E band hiring as well as assessment processes across Vodafone UK; this includes delivery for vacancies as well as succession and criticalrole pipelining.

We act as a trusted partner for Vodafone UK's leadership community and play an active role in evolving our leadership, creating the future of Vodafone UK and ensuring D&I and REACH ambitions are met.

What will you be doing?

Partner with senior leaders across the business and translate their complex recruitment needs into search strategies.
Collaborate with talent and HRBP's to ensure strategic senior roles have succession by proactively pipelining
Build and maintain diverse talent pools across all functions
Conducting hiring manager briefings
Developing search strategies
Presenting progress and tracking reports
Maintaining communication and relationships
Providing feedback
