Duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Efficiently processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and proactively seeking ways to add value to their transportation and logistics requirements.
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and professionally, working closely with internal teams and external partners to find effective solutions.
