- Job purpose:Process sales, repair & service orders, and purchases orders whilst providing a high level of customer support to our customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To accurately enter customer orders into our inhouse ERP system SAP S/4HANA and ensure that order and delivery status are communicated back to the customer in a timely manner.
- Front line customer support and call handling; advising on product, price, availability.
- Managing customer sales enquiries and queries via the SAP C4C ticket system
- Preparing orders for delivery to agreed delivery schedules and receiving all goods in.
- Working closely with Departmental Managers and Dealers to provide any necessary administrative and other support.
- To accurately support stock control procedures including ordering & audit checks of stock levels.
- Processing customer returns, management of back orders and updating stock.
- Processing repairs and warranties on S4 and contacting customers to arrange collection and providing updates.
- Providing cover for Operations & Stock Control Supervisor's none supervisory duties as required.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation.
- Maintain a good working relationship with other departments.
- Work within the confines of the General Data Protection Regulations; respecting the rights of Data Subjects and ensuring that personal data is processed and described in the Company's Data Protection Policy.
- Assist in other areas of the company's operations (within capabilities) and other duties as required.
Persons specification:
- Previous experience of working within a Customer support or Service support role.
- Previous office administration experience.
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office software. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and C4C advantageous.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of the principles and processes to providing first class customer services.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, enabling clear and accurate delivery of information to customers.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring data input accuracy.
- Good organisation skills, with the ability to manage various deadlines and duties.
- Good problemsolving skills.
