We are currently seeking an individual for the role of Workplace Experience Host, where you'll infuse each workplace encounter with excitement, creativity, and a personal touch.
In this role, you'll be responsible for curating unique experiences that reflect our vibrant culture and fostering collaboration among colleagues.
A theatrical background and a natural gift for engaging conversation will be advantageous in this role as you'll captivate our community with Lego sessions, murder mystery events, and even don the persona of Sherlock Holmes for immersive experiences.
Your passion for creating memorable experiences will extend to working hand in hand with our catering team, seamlessly integrating culinary delights into our events.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute engaging events, including Lego sessions and murder mysteries, fostering collaboration and community engagement
- Serve as a charismatic host and brand ambassador, creating memorable experiences that reflect our values
- Collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly integrate catering services and ensure flawless event coordination
- Using the existing process and technology, assist in room booking and guest arrivals
- Maintaining a clear, presentable, and safe office floor. Maintain a strong floor presence and observe quality control issues (ie. facility cleanliness, comfort factors) and actively log tickets requiring service from other areas
- Deliver occasional surprise and delight or popup events
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Minimum 35 years customer services experience, specifically dealing with Blue Chip/ High Touch clients
- Theatrical background
- High School or College Degree
- Proven track record of providing stellar customer service
- Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment
- Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication
