As the Council's chief advisor on all Highways related operational matters, you will provide advice to our Chief Executive, senior leaders and Elected Members, which will support the Council's Regeneration, Place, Asset Management and Sustainability strategies, such as Active Travel, Transport and Climate Change.


You will be an exceptional collaborator, encouraging partnership working with external partners and stakeholders across the wider Liverpool City Region.

You will be able to quickly command professional confidence and credibility, influencing and negotiating at a strategic, professional and political level to ensure that we are strategically aligned to deliver the very best outcomes for our residents.
