Description

The Customer Support Agent will be required to work 35.7 hrs per week Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.

The working model is hybrid requiring full attendance on site for the first 2 weeks for training, to then move to working from home with 2 days in the office per week.

The office is based in Bradford and offers free parking.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls.
  • Taking ownership of your workload of oneonone cases.
  • Spotting potential complex queries and ensuring they are identified, resolved, and escalated.
  • Provide a clear and efficient response within company guidelines and whilst keeping the client supported.
  • Updating the client database with all key information from each case.
  • Ensuring transactions are processed in accordance with SLA's
  • Working to client and regulatory policies and procedures at all times.
  • Providing support to key projects when required and being flexible to resolve queries that may require investigation.
To be a successful Customer Support Agent you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working in a call centre customer service environment.
  • A good background in financial services would be advantageous.
  • Well refined communication skills and telephone manner, with great questioning and listening skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy to really connect and make a positive experience on each interaction.
  • Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation including knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Flexible and dedicated with the desire to succeed.
