Team Administrator


Salary:
£28,000-£35,000

Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home

Working hours: 9am-5.30pm


A highly experienced and reputable property and construction consultancy in Moorgate/Liverpool Street are seeking a Team Administrator due to growth within their architectural division.

The division has grown considerably in the last few years so it's a 'meaty,' fast-paced and demanding role with lots of variety Within this role you will provide support to 6 senior members of the team as well as the wider division.

It's an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing administration support on design/architectural projects.

The ideal Team Administrator will have the following skills:

  • Proven administration experience
  • Experience providing admin support to a design/architectural team
  • Experience using InDesign
  • Eye for detail
  • Confidence
  • Strong time management, organisational and prioritisation skills

Some of the duties of the chosen Team Administrator will include:

  • Assist in submission of expenses and timesheets
  • Support monthly invoice process
  • Assist with preparation of InDesign reports
  • Upload documents to 4Projects and provide general project document control
  • Maintain diary appointments
  • Support the team in preparation, formatting and submission of bids, reports and other technical documentation
