About the Role:
Our client, A market leader in the provision of Integrated Stores and Supply Chain Management Solutions for Blue Chip Companies in the UK and Europe is looking for a driven individual to join the Continuous Improvement team as a Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake Operational Excellence (OpEx) assessment(s) and to produce a report of activities, findings, and recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure all stores and functions achieve Gold or Platinum status for their OpEx.
  • Delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA's) for OpEx completion/schedule, OpEx reporting, & OpEx distribution
  • Achieve agreed timeframes for risk assessment and method statement completion
  • Achieve SLAs for distribution and reporting of Safety, Health, and Environmental Training
  • Support with the maintenance of ISO standards and supporting documentation.
  • Support with OpEx development and maturity
  • Mentoring and developing stores envoys and office functions to deliver Gold or Platinum status for their Operational Excellence Assessments.
  • Promotion of Health & Safety in the workplace always and encourage best practice.
  • To support with analysing trends in Operational Excellence performance
  • To support with business reporting
  • To support Business Compliance Manager with management of health and safety training via learning platform
  • Carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the job role.
  • Auditing
  • Stores management knowledge would be advantageous
  • Good Communication skills
  • Environment, Health & Safety background
  • IOSH qualified
