Liquid IT are recruiting for a
Sales Negotiator to work out of our offices in
St. Pancras in London.


We are a new business but growing rapidly in the recruitment sector and looking for new sales negotiators to come and join us, initially out of our Luton office but moving to new offices between Kings Cross and Euston in early April.


We need immediate starters on a temp or temp to perm basis who will be as motivated as we are to make this business a success and to achieve unlimited commission earnings on top of a good basic salary.


We are a new company but we've a wealth of experience from running previous businesses - we know what works and will impart this knowledge on our staff to help them flourish as much as we have and to give them the financial returns that drives their motivation.


We need people to start as soon as possible initially in our Luton office but then moving with us as we start our new journey in London.

Whether you are a junior or an experienced Sales Negotiator, as long as you are highly driven and motivated, you are the Sales Negotiator for us.


The role:


Must haves:


  • Highly confident, but not arrogant.
  • Money motivated. The role will involve additional earning opportunity through commission based on sales. We are looking for people who are naturally motivated by money as they have a tendency of making the most or of each deal.
  • Naturally able to bargain / negotiate.
  • Has a minimum of 1 years sales experience and understands and uses closing techniques to close sales.
  • Be able to solve problems (will need to pass our online assessment with a high score). This demonstrates their ability to successfully overcome objections, which assist in closing sales.
  • Good competency in English verbal and written.
  • Inquisitive nature. The person must ask a lot of questions.
  • Responding to leads from our website and telephone.
  • Ability to work in a team with other Sales Negotiators
  • Well organised

Salary:

£30,000 per annum + unlimited commission
