Description

We are looking for a Facilities Technician to join our team, based onsite in Battersea.

Responsibilities:

Undertake planned and unplanned maintenance tasks on building fabric systems
Carry out minor project, decorating, plumbing and project management works as required
Respond to Facilities helpdesk requests providing aprofessional and timely service
Source order and cost materials as and when required
Supervise specialist maintenance and installation contractors both within and outside normal working hours

Skills required:

Previous experience and or related qualifications in maintenance work, particularly in building fabric, joinery/carpentry/plumbing would be an advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Able to deal with people at all levels, both internally and externally
Physically able to carry out the responsibilities of the role

This is an on site role, working within our growing Facilitioes team. Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm. We offer 25 days holiday, Pension, Life cover plus annual bonus.
