We're looking for Customer Service Associates who can support us in continuing to achieve our excellent reputation in managing our members accounts by offering a stand out service.


The role


As a Customer Service Associate working in our award winning contact centre you will be responsible for providing our Members and Customers with enquiries through our telephony and website channels.


Responsibilities include:


  • Provide an exceptional experience in all interactions with members and customers
  • Take ownership on each customer interaction to get the solution that's right for them
  • Adhere to all policy and regulatory requirements whilst meeting customer demand in order to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Embrace the society's continuous improvement strategy by supporting, piloting & providing feedback to management to enhance the service and experience for our customers.
  • Assist the department with building and maintaining relationships with other areas of the business
  • Manage customer complaints

What you will bring to the role:

  • Customer service experience (Contact Centre experience not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Confidence, managing customer expectation's
  • The want to learn and adapt to change
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • Be a team player

This position will require the successful applicants to pass a credit check.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

  • CARDIFF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Hybrid remote in CARDIFF
