Location:
Pall-Ex Group, Head Office, Ellistown, Coalville, LE67 1FH

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Management Trainee to join our company.

We're looking for a recent graduate with desire, commitment, and the ability to progress through the business into a management role.


The Graduate Management Trainee's key focus will be learning the logistics industry and supporting departments in achieving departmental goals and tasks.


The role specific responsibilities include

  • Learn by working within all departments within the Pall-Ex Group
  • Workshadowing Pall-Ex employees
  • Undertake adhoc projects to support the business plan
  • Attend external conferences and seminars
  • Visit members as and when required
  • Work at different Pall-Ex operations across the UK
  • Visit international partners as required
  • Supporting other business areas as required

What you'll need to succeed in the role

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Integrity and professional attitude
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • A thirst for learning and developing
  • A full clean UK Driving Licence
