About the role:


As the Product Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the supporter experience for all the organisation's regular giving products - from their sector-leading Child Sponsorship product through to their rapidly growing Childhood Rescue product.

You'll lead and deliver innovative and inspiring marketing campaigns which will drive supporter loyalty and satisfaction by enabling them to see the impact they're making.

With a number of significant strategic projects underway, this is an exciting time to join the team.

You'll play a crucial role in growing one of the organisation's key products, Childhood Rescue - which aims to protect children in the world's most dangerousplaces - by increasing retention and loyalty as well as looking for opportunities to promote additional giving.

You'll also play a leading role in the implementation of a new CRM system, Dynamics 365, ensuring the marketing function best supports the fundraisingobjectives and helping to lead the business transformation that is required for the organisation to adopt new ways of working.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Set and execute innovative product experience strategies which increase supporter satisfaction and drive loyalty.
  • Lead the delivery of a good value experience across the organisation's regular giving products to ensure communications are tailored to audience segments and reflect the organisation's mission and Christian values.
  • Support the organisation's fundraising strategy by driving key growth areas such as their Childhood Rescue regular giving product, ensuring communications are consistent and compelling to improve retention as well as cross and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure a programme of constant channel and product innovation with an emphasis on actively progressing and developing the organisation's digital first experiences, managing a rigorous testing programme to evaluate new activity and drive growth.
  • Be responsible for delivering on KPIs for retention of supporters, supporter satisfaction, and committed giving income, Monitor and report on these on a monthly and quarterly basis, proactively implementing approaches to improve performance in collaborationwith other teams.
  • Be a key business owner for the supporter CRM system, ensuring it supports our fundraising objectives and enables personalised supporter journeys that lead to greater engagement and income.
  • Collaborate across the WV Partnership to deliver continued innovation in World Vision fundraising product experiences.

About you:


For the Product Experience Manager position, it's essential that you have previous experience working in a fast-paced direct marketing team.

You'll have strong project management skills and a track record of delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns. You'llbe a self-starter who motivates yourself and those around them. You'll have exceptional relationship-building skills and experience in managing people and teams. You'll also be a strategic thinker, with the ability to seize opportunities and shape solutions.

To perform well in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong foundation in direct marketing, including campaign analysis and/or proven success in a product management role and able to point to commercial success in product innovation and customer communication.
  • A creative, resultsorientated direct marketing professional with significant experience delivering complex, multichannel direct response campaigns which reach or exceed income targets
  • Use of data and customer insight to drive innovation. You will have a strong track record of developing new ideas and putting them into practice, and be used to working in a testdriven environment
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation and targeting, and confidence in creating campaigns tailored to distinct audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive crossteam relationships
  • Evidence of successful people management and coaching others for growth and development
