Job Description:
The P2P Workstream Analyst is expected to assume the following key responsibilities plus any other reasonable duties as required:
- Assist with the preparation of information required to support project related activities
- Support UAT as required ensuring that standard processes are followed, and any issues identified are escalated and resolved
- Assist with analysis work to help support decision making around projects
- Assist with completing expenses related work required as part of the project, including updates needed to the expense system
- Assist with resolving project related items on the global housekeeping reports
- Assist with project related supplier reconciliations
- Assist with reviewing the AP ledger and resolving issues that are identified
- Ensure communications are handled between the SSC and the Business Teams
- Assist in liaising between the project teams and the P2P delivery team as required
- Ensure that learnings from one project are taken forward as improvements for future projects
- Assist with the production of desktop procedures for any nonstandard processes as a result of project work
- Identify any process improvements
- Analyse and solve ad hoc problems using knowledge of business and systems
- Liaising with the system teams as appropriate to resolve issues identified
- Support ad hoc requests from the project delivery team
- Answer colleague and supplier questions with regards to process changes
- Ensures and maintains confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Good understanding of all P2P processes including best practice in P2P, people, processes, and technology
- Ability to manage owe deadline and priorities, whilst delivering a high standard of work and supporting junior members when they require assistance
- Evidence of making decisions at the right time based on the information available.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, internal departments and key contacts
- Proficient skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential
- Ability to complete a variety of related tasks
- Proactively solve problems
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to be flexible within role
- Organised, diligent with attention to detail
