We are recruiting a Telesales Parts Advisor to come and join our brand-new Telesales Parts department here at Macklin Motors Toyota Glasgow site

We are offering a £25,000 basic salary plus great company benefits

This is a full-time position working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays on a rota basis.

Due to ongoing company growth within our Toyota Division in Glasgow we have a great opportunity for someone to join the team

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing Customers, whilst achieving sales growth.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be accurately identifying parts to meet the customer sales requirements, utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets and KPIs, identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities, thereby growing overall sales figures.

You will build strong relationships with clients by making relevant and regular contact with them, providing a high level of service and review of their accounts.

You will have a passion for providing excellent Customer Service and can communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Experience in a Parts Advisor or Parts Telesales role would be preferred. Knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous but not essential. Good IT skills are essential with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
