Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a HR Advisor to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Berkshire.

What the job will be doing

To contribute to the delivery of the Workforce and OD strategy supporting projects where required.
To contribute to the development of the HR team, through sharing expertise, and best practice and participating in team development.
To contribute to the regular review and revision of HR policies.

What you will need

Graduate Member CIPD/Level 5 CIPD or equivalent relevant experience.
Demonstratable employment law knowledge and extensive experience of advising managers on Human Resources issues.
A general and broad understanding of organisational development change and transformation in organisations.
Experience of facilitating, presenting, and delivering training information sessions.
