Junior HR Advisor

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Junior HR Advisor to join our client in North Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an extremely exciting time with their future growth plans.

Working as part of a super fun, supportive and collaborative team, your role will be key to success of the business.

See below for duties within the role:

Working with the team to manage the shared HR inbox
Producing monthly management information/ops reports
Maintaining HR systems
Creating template letters, forms, new policies and procedures
To be the main point of contact for third party benefit and payroll providers & communication to employees
To be the main point of contact for employee enquiries
Carry out flexible working requests and maternity review meetings with employees
Support with end to end recruitment and selection requirements where needed
Coordinating the new starters and leaver processes on behalf of clients
Supporting with pay review process and benchmarking
Assist in providing guidance and support on ER matters
Support with ER case work this will involve in participating in investigations, interviews etc
Help develop the strategy for improving employee engagement & conflict resolution
Stay up to date with relevant employment laws and regulations
Various HR project work
