What will you be doing?

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a worldleading erecruitment product and engage with a prestigious client base. You will need to be customer focussed, with an interest in IT/Technology. We are open to considering those with a strong customer focussed skill set, who are able to demonstrate an interest in developing IT skills, or who have come from a recruitment or HR background and want to join the innovative world of erecruitment.

Key responsibilities of the Client Support team:

  • 1st point of contact for all client queries.
  • Provide system advice, resolve configuration issues and escalate technical issues.
  • Management of requests from initiation to resolution
Quickly develop your IT and customer service skills in this role and be part of a great and fun team and Company

  • Key skills & experience
  • This role would suit an individual with excellent customerfacing skills and who has a strong interest in IT. Maybe you are currently working in a software support role and want to work with prestigious clients on a worldclass web product, or you are in a customerfacing or recruitment role wanting to expand your IT skill set
  • Ideally, Alevel and/or degree educated
  • Possess excellent written communication skills
  • Able to work efficiently and independently when required
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset to critical issues occurring at pace
  • Excellent customerfacing skills
  • Strong team working skills
  • Knowledge of internet technologies
  • Passionate and curious about technology
