In a vibrant office environment, a Business Administration Apprentice (Level 3) excels as a receptionist. Handling diverse tasks, they greet clients, manage calls, schedule appointments, and maintain an upbeat atmosphere, making a positive impact on the company's front-line operations


As an apprentice, your duties will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Managing appointments and scheduling meetings efficiently.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
  • Providing information to clients and guests about the company's services or offerings.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Cooperating with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Resolving inquiries and concerns in a polite and helpful manner.
  • Adhering to company policies and protocols while upholding a vibrant and positive atmosphere.

Working hours:
Mon - Fri 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.


Salary:
£915.2 per month
