A well-established and highly regarded commercial law firm is looking for an experienced Post-Completion Assistant to join their busy Commercial Property team.

The Opportunity:

Join a friendly team of Commercial Property specialists and work closely with knowledgeable and engaging colleagues, learning directly from them and continuously developing your expertise.
Take responsibility for effectively undertaking the registration of purchase transactions and dealing with file closure for purchase and sale files.
You will also be responsible for assisting with any postcompletion client queries on closed files.

You will have:

Demonstrable previous experience in a similar postcompletion role.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with the Digital Registration Service.
Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines.
