If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you
***As a Claims Handler for this outstanding company, you will be responsible for:
  • Answering first point of contact calls
  • Advising policyholders on general queries and insurance claims issues for subsidence and underground pipes claims
  • Negotiating settlements both verbally and in writing.
  • You will constantly seek improvements in how we deliver excellent customer service and display active listening skills on every call, using analytical questioning to establish valid claims and build a rapport with all callers and departments.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to engage customers, clients, and professional bodies through various channels
  • Good levels of secondary education with qualifications in Maths and English, and must be numerate is essential.

£22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
