_I am currently looking for a qualified teacher to work with a great diverse school in Roehamptom.

Rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted this school has a warm welcoming feel and I would love to match up a warm, dedicated educator to engage and put their markon the role.

This role is a full time post that is starting after half term and continuing until the end of the academic year.

The Role:

Delivering preplanned fun and engaging lessons to push students to their full capability.
Facilitating classroom engagement through fostering warm relationships with students.
Ensuring students with additional needs experience an inclusive classroom environment.
Confident in liaising with senior leadership to continually drive school standards as well as maintaining a good level of communication with parents.
Manage conflict effectively.
Create a positive classroom environment in which all students feel confident and safe to take risks in their learning.

The successful must have:

Hold UK QTS.
Have experience working with Primary Pupils as a teacher.
Have good behaviour management and conflict control.
Have effective verbal and written communication.
Experienced use of support staff relevant to the class
Confident in providing a safe, secure learning environment to allow students to feel comfortable and allow them to engage.
