Meraki Talent are engaged on a permanent Finance Assistant position based in Glasgow paying £22,000 - £23,000

The Role
***The position of Finance Assistant will report to a high performing Accounting and Central Reporting Lead. The two major components of the role will be sales ledger and credit control. High volume transactional invoicing


To be considered for the role you must be a tenacious individual that has a proven track record within credit control and sales ledger.

Wider finance exposure is advantageous.


On Offer
***The role of Finance Assistant is a permanent position and will offer a salary of £22,000 - £23,000 plus other company benefits and perks.

You will be responsible for but not restricted to the following duties:

  • Processing sales ledger invoices and updating the ledger
  • Reviewing and developing processes, procedures & controls
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with purchase ledger
  • Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with finance related questions and queries
  • Adhoc duties
To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience:

  • A proven track record within credit control & sales/purchase ledger
  • Experience of processing sales ledger invoices
  • AP would be advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
