Customer Services OperativeLocation - Crewe (Hybrid role)
Salary -£11.72 per hour
Duration - 6 months
Hours
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am 5pm 1 Saturday in 4 9am 5pm
The main role of a Customer Service Operative will be to handle inbound interactions from customers with a vast range of queries ensuring first point resolution for every type of interaction and responding in a friendly, supportive and timely manner.
Responsibilities of a Customer Services Operative- Outbound task such as providing customer updates
- Helping customer place orders over the phone
- Administration work, including data input of customer information and products
- Ad hoc tasks to help with our business need
- Passion to deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good working knowledge of basic computer programmes
- Experience is beneficial to the role, however a willingness to learn, good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team will go a long way
